As wood is a natural material, every product will have a unique appearance, often with naturally-occurring variations in colour, texture and grain pattern. Photographic reproductions can give an example of the product’s appearance but they may not be representative of the full range of colour, texture and grain variations, which can occur in the product itself.

We endeavour to create as true an image as possible however, photographs of products will have been taken in different light conditions using various photographic equipment. Computer screens also have different individual settings that moderate colours and patterns independently.

To help present our products as accurately as possible, we may use digital enhancement technologies to improve the image, quality, lighting, clarity and consistency. While these tools are designed to provide a more realistic representation of our products, images should be viewed as illustrative only and may not exactly reflect the appearance of the product received.
