The Camerton Pressure Treated Driveway gate is a cost effective swept top, pressure treated driveway gate option. A quality wooden gate with an swept top and tongue & groove match boarding. Framed, ledged & braced with a 63mm section size. The Camerton Driveway gate also benefits from mortice & tenon joints and a smooth planed finish.  Made in Britian from PEFC Certified sustainable timber.

  • Finish: Pressure treated (click HERE for details). Please be aware that small splits (shakes and checks) can occur during drying; this is nature at work and should not be considered a fault.
  • Width: From 3′ (0.915m) up to 6′ (1.83m) per gate
  • Height:  From 4′ (1.22m) up to 6′ (1.83m) per gate
  • Automation: Not suitable for automation.
  • Recommended fittings: 30″ two way adjustable hinges + Ring Latch + Drop bolt & socket set (both gates if a pair). Hinges should be a minimum of a third of the width of the gate. Please note due to the design, hinges cannot be mounted on the front of the gate for “swing out” opening due to the TG&V being slightly recessed from the frame.

Hanging

Gates must be hung with the bracing raising up from the bottom of the stile, Please note due to the design hinges cannot be mounted on the front of the gate for "swing out" opening due to the TG&V being slightly recessed from the frame

Storage

Ideally should be stored flat on level bearers. Can be stored upright against a wall (must not be uneven) with both sides evenly supported but preferably, not for too long
